Project Overview
I will be working with engineering company SBSA to create a social media driven marketing campaign to recruit young engineers to work for their company. They currently have issues with being understaffed and are unable to handle the amount of business they get with their current staff. I will be teaming up with them to create employee value propositions (EVP) for recruitment purposes, and to launch an ad campaign on Facebook.

The Next Month
Week 1
- Reach out to marketing staff at SBSA and develop a rough plan for the month
- Create a rough project outline
Week 2
-Create a plan for the marketing campaign with SBSA marketing team
- Learn to use Mailchimp, Facebook ad manager, and Facebook creative hub
Week 3
- Create ad mockups within Facebook creative hub
- Conduct interviews with SBSA employees to create EVP’s
- Get a budget approved and plan the length of the marketing campaign
Week 4
- Launch ad campaign
- Finalize EVP’s
Challenges I Expect
The biggest challenge I expect to encounter is completing my goals within my timeline. As we are coming up on holiday season and much of my project goals will depend on the schedules of SBSA employees, I worry that I may have problems completing my goals on time.
